David Jelly guilty of a burglary of the dwelling of William Holme in the parish of Castle Sowerby between the hours of eight and ten on the night of 1 October 1731.  The indictment accuses him of and stealing 1 gold guinea, £2 and 6 shillings in other money, a book of services, a coat and waistcoat.
